Unit owners may keep one (1) dog and (1) domestic cat or (2) cats, as determined by the Board, certain breeds will not be permitted.  All pets kept on Mariner’s Cove property must be registered with the association and include a picture.  All pets shall be carried or closely restrained in or about common areas.  All pets must be relieved off the property.  Birch Bay has a pick up and deposit in appropriate containers policy
