MINUTES: Eric moved to accept the minutes of the meeting held
February 25, 2017. Second by Chris. Approved.
FINANCIAL REPORT: Presented by Carol.
Corrections to financial report discussed.
Eric moved to accept the financial report with corrections. Second by Chris. Approved.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Maintenance: In Wayne’s absence, Kim reported that the curbing on the north side of the driveway has been removed as discussed. Request to have Wayne paint a white line in it’s place as weather permits.
Grounds: Deanne advised that Management Services Northwest landscaping (MSN) will start working on Mariner’s Cover property this month.
MSN advise they have a snow and ice removal department. They have been asked to send a proposal to the Board.
MSN will be reminded that spraying for caterpillars will be required this year.
SALES: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Both units that had water damage have been cleaned. Three bids have been received for repairs. Northwest Professionals is the only company bonded.
Chris moved to use Northwest Professionals for repairs to both units. Seconded by Deanne. Approved.
Insurance company to attend this week to assess cost of repairs.
Windows are scheduled to be installed Wednesday, March 22, 2017.
Centsible Services contacted about bi-monthly cleaning of gutters and downspouts. Estimate it will cost MCCA approximately $3,250.00 per year for 5 visits per year.
Carol will request clarification of bid. Tabled to April meeting to obtain additional information.
EXEXUTIVE MEETING: Entered into executive meeting at 9:50.
Out of executive meeting at 10:00.
Chris moved to give Carol Hassebrock authority to sign legal documents on behalf of the Association. Second by Eric. Approved.
NEW BUSINESS: Seal on shower door in men’s shower needs replacing.
Soap dispenser empty in men’s shower.
Discussion regarding replacing soap and toilet paper dispensers with more economical/refillable options. Eric will research options.
