Mariner’s Cove Condo Association

Call to Order: 11:30 am

The Board met immediately after the Association’s Annual meeting, as required by the Association’s CCRs.  The board  welcomed new Board member,  Kim Burgess.  Kim replaced Katy Montfort as her term had ended. 

The Board reorganized itself.  Officers will be the same as last year.  Wayne Holverstott will continue as facilities person, and Deanne as grounds person..

President Cathy Tepel presented bids for the painting of Building 2.  Chris moved to accept the bid from Duane Vis Painting.  Wayne seconded the motion.  MC.  Repairs that may be needed in the course of the painting will be coordinated with Dan D. Construction.  Painting will start as soon as weather allows. 

The replacement of windows that have lost the seal and patio doors that are worn out will be coordinated by Wayne.  Wayne will prioritize the windows/and or doors that are most in need of replacement and get bids for the Board to review.

The next meeting of the Board was set for September 8^th.  If there is need for the Board to meet before that day, Cathy will call the meeting and notify members by E-mail.
