OTHER BUSINESS:

Wayne advised he will be requesting a bid from Northwest Cleaners for property maintenance.  

NW Cleaners were responsible for recent pressure washing and advise they also will maintain the cleaning of the roof and gutters as well as the lawn/garden maintenance.  Bid will be provided for discussion at next board meeting.
