1. Motion to move forward to follow through with the Annual Meeting Bid for Garden changes for building 2. Chris Motioned, Tom Seconded. All approved

2. Motion for President to sign legal documents with the Lawyer. Chris Motioned, Tim Seconded. All in favor.

1. The Board studied Bids collected and approved to proceed with appointments for the Bids.
