Call to order by Ralph Tepel at 11:00.

Election of Board Officers

Nomination for Ralph Tepel as President by Eric Hedges, second by Steve Wimbush. Motion carries.

Nomination for Jamie Ponder as Vice President by Eric Hedges, second by Steve Wimbush. Motion carries.

Nomination for Felecia Sutton as Treasurer by Eric Hedges, second by Steve Wimbush. Motion carries.

Nomination for Eric Hedges as Secretary by Felecia Sutton, second by Steve Wimbush. Motion carries.

Nomination for Carol Hassebrock as board member ex officio by Eric Hedges, second by Steve Wimbush. Motion carries.

Next meeting June 17 @ 9:00AM via zoom.

4th of July. Felecia will coordinate volunteers for 4th of July parking monitoring. Ralph to send email to owners re: parking and guest registration. Felecia voluntold Dave for fencing.

Sign. Letters are almost all here and ready to paint. Felecia will make it pretty.
