Mariner's Cove Condominium Owners Association Board Meeting

Update from Birch Bay Water and Sewer Representatives 
Roger and Dan supplied information regarding the December 2007 flood. The discussion was frank and helpful. 

The Board agreed a letter would be sent to the Birch Bay Water and Sewer District and the property owners of the property above that caused the flooding, that the Mariners 


Cove Condo Association will be seeking legal advice on the matter and will be asking for compensation.

In addition the Board voted and passed to install check valves and gate valves on the services in discussion.

The minutes of November meeting were read and approved.


Treasurers Report, ARLYN

Accepted as presented.

Financial Reports, ARLYN

Accepted as presented.


Invoices from Northwestern Professionals concerning clean-up work on Phase III Building.

Report was presented on December 2007 flood incident. The damage to Building 3 was $38,853.70. A motion was made by Jim to pay this invoice from the Building Reserve Fund. MSP

Wayne gave report on property.

Grounds Deanne

Deanne submitted two new quotes on Ground Maintenance. Will choose Contractor prior to February 2008.


Sales Anne

No new sales in complex.

Walk around site to assess needs (if time allows) postponed to February Board meeting.
