1.  BUILDING MAINTENANCE:

• List of future maintenance issues was presented. The issues will be discussed at the January Board Meeting.

• Dan will finish the cleaning of the gutters within the next couple of weeks.

• Unit #217’s front door threshold is cracked and needs to be replaced.

2.  GROUNDS:

• Deanne will talk to the gardeners regarding the flushing of the sprinkler system.

• No additional updates.

• Letter on maintenance responsibilities was reviewed and agreed upon.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Budget.

• The agenda for the next few meetings needs to focus on the budget and by-laws.

2. Letter to homeowner regarding gas stove.

• Janet Russell presented a draft letter to the Board. The Board requested revisions to the letter.

3. Siding on Bldg. 3

• The siding on building 3 maybe defective. There is a lawsuit against Louisiana Pacific Corporation (LP). Pictures will be taken and turned in a warranty claim form.
