OLD BUSINESS

1. Fire Safety Equipment.

  • No updates

2. Door broken on clubhouse oven .

  • New clubhouse stove was installed.

3. Water Issues
  • No updates

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Unit #225 needs to be checked for mildew.

2. Unit #245 requested permission to install a railing/fence on the south end of Phase III. Motion given by Carol Hassebrock to approve the request. Second by Janet Russell. All in favor.
