Treasurer's Report Arlyn 
Report given and approved

Facilities Report, Wayne 
Windows Building 3 has been completed.

Mariners Cove Sign has been repaired and installed.

Sprinklers (fire protection) recall, will be completed by end of June.

Walk-thru Wayne gave his report on the monthly inspection.


Grounds Report, Deanne 
New gardeners have started. Their name is Northstar Grounds Care. They are covered under ROC Company.


Sales, Anne 
Sale of unit in Phase I. Closing in March 2008.


Sewer District, Jim 
Gave report.


Update on flood damage.
Birch Bay Resort Park has received the letter of claim from Mariners Cove Lawyers. We are waiting for a response.


CCR's review, Cathy and Carol 
Report given.
