Update from Attorney concerning Birch Bay Resort Park
No further information. It is in the hands of Birch Bay Resort Park Insurance Company.

Pre-paid dues action
Board discussed and has approved to present a proposal at the June AG meeting to close the pre paid dues account, and disperse the monies back to the home owners.
